"I began my career at Anderton over 30 years ago, joining through the Youth Training Scheme (YTS) when the business was still privately owned. Over this time, I’ve witnessed Anderton evolve from humble beginnings into a key part of Ibstock’s Specialist Concrete division.

My journey has taken me from serving customers at the sales counter - selling fencing products to the general public - to working across merchant sales, the rail sector, to becoming National Sales Manager.

Along the way, I’ve had the opportunity to work with some truly great people who’ve helped shape my development, both professionally and personally.

I’m incredibly proud of how Anderton has grown, not just in scale but in reputation, becoming an integral part of Ibstock and a trusted name in the industry."
