Ibstock's 2025 Sustainability Report is Now Live

We are pleased to share our 2025 Sustainability Report is now available to view.
Against a challenging year for the UK built environment, it’s been a year of focus and integration for us across our sustainability commitments. We have sharpened our attention on where we can make the biggest impact and embedded sustainability more deeply into our business as usual.
As a result, in 2025 we built momentum and focus in three key areas and are delighted to report:
- As part of our ambition to address climate change - we are now over halfway towards our 2030 carbon reduction target, supported by investment in efficiency, renewable electricity and lower-carbon manufacturing
- Growing in manufacturing materials for life - with 25% of revenue now coming from new and more sustainable products - we continue to improve our existing product range and innovate for the future
- Improving lives - from launching the Ibstock Bricklaying Academy with a local community college, through to investing in our own people’s skills and apprenticeships.
What stands out this year is the shift from ambition to more focused and integrated delivery - with sustainability increasingly embedded into business operations.
As we marked 200 years of Ibstock, it’s a reminder that long-term businesses don’t stand still, they continually improve and evolve with purpose.
