Caps and Coping stones perform an important role in preventing rainfall from penetrating the wall. Our precast concrete Caps and Copings provide cost-effective finishing touches to any type of wall. They protect the mortar from water-staining and frost damage, by deflecting rain water away from the face of the wall. A Coping will typically project on either side of the wall, whereas a Cap sits flush to the wall with no projections 

Once weathered Coping stones have a single slope on the top of the surface allowing the water to run off the edge away from the wall. These Coping stones are often used in places where water needs to be directed - such as on the top of buildings because they effectively get rid of water into the building's guttering.
