Our Progress

Our Improving Lives pillar at Ibstock, is focused on our commitment to build social value by investing in our people, our culture and our communities. A few from our achievements in 2023 include:

Building our talent for the future with 54 apprentices across multiple disciplines.
Enhancing workplace wellbeing with 72 colleagues qualified as Mental Health Allies, equipping the team members with the skills to support mental health.
Investing in the future of our workforce with 7% of employees in Earn and Learn positions, recognised by The 5% Club’s Employer Audit Scheme and achieving their Gold Member Accreditation.
Fifth year supporting North Star Science School and STEM activities, growing engineering skills within the sector.
311,000 bricks donated to schools and colleges, promoting essential hands-on skills and training for our sector.
In 2024, 34% of the senior leaders cohort were female and we continue to champion diversity and inclusion at Ibstock towards our 40% target.
