Our Progress
Our Improving Lives pillar at Ibstock, is focused on our commitment to build social value by investing in our people, our culture and our communities. A few from our achievements in 2025 include:
Launched our first Ibstock Academy for bricklaying students with Walsall College and the HBF.
Building our talent for the future with 68 apprentices across multiple disciplines.
Enhancing workplace wellbeing with 85 colleagues qualified as Mental Health Allies, equipping the team members with the skills to support mental health.
Investing in the future of our workforce with 7.2% of employees in Earn and Learn positions, recognised by The 5% Club’s Employer Audit Scheme and achieving their Gold Member Accreditation.
In 2025, 32% of the senior leaders cohort were female and we continue to champion diversity and inclusion at Ibstock towards our 40% target.
