Established in 1972, Coltman is one of Britain's largest suppliers of precast concrete products including hollowcore, staircases & lift shafts.
Part of Ibstock Group, Coltman offers a complete service from design, manufacturing and testing through to installation on site. Working with the country's leading names in architecture, construction, civil engineering and property development, we have been involved in many prestigious projects from multi-million pound city redevelopments to quality civic cultural centres to premier sports arenas and stadiums. As part of our ongoing development we are registered for Quality Administration and Environmental Management systems, standards and guidelines, BS EB ISO9001:2000 and BS EN ISO 14001:1996 respectively.

Coltman has a sustained history of providing Architects and Structural Engineers with proven precast concrete solutions that offer design flexibility whilst complying with the Building Regulations, in particular, Part A (structural integrity), Part E (sound insulation) and Part L (thermal performance).
Coltman works with National and Regional housebuilders offering products and services that meet the individual requirements of each project. Benefits include offsite manufacture, fast erection, resistance to fire and resistance to the transmission of sound in addition to contributing to Health and Safety by providing a working platform.
