What is the Ibstock Academy?

The Ibstock Academy is designed to help bridge the gap between education and employment by supporting students with practical training that reflects the pace, quality standards and safety expectations of construction today. As the first building materials manufacturer to join the Home Builders Federation (HBF) Partner a College programme, we’re taking an active role in strengthening the talent pipeline and supporting the future of the sector.
